Another movie worth checking out. This was very disturbing and sad, but good. It is based on a true story about an Indiana woman played by Catherine Keener who takes in two young girls while their parents are on the road with a traveling carnival. The woman keeps the older girl (Ellen Page of Juno) locked up in the basement where she is tortured for months. I had never heard of this movie or the story until my sister recommended it. I recommend it too, but warning, it's the type of movie that haunts you.
