Halloween

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, but it was kind of a bust this year. Nate had to work and I didn't feel like getting dressed up and going out without him. I celebrated the day before at school and that was enough for me. My mom made me a costume. I've always wanted to be Max from Where the Wild Things Are, but they don't sell the costume or have a pattern for one, so we found a similar pattern and modified it to make it work for the king of all wild things. It turned out pretty awesome. I ended up being the Max from the movie, rather than Max from the book because the movie Max just wore converse and cut off gloves, instead of claws. It was a lot easier to do that. A lot of the students thought I was a cat, but the students from my class knew who I was because they know how much I love WTWTA. Here's a couple pics from the parade.
